Return Policy

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy.  If you return an item within 30 days of your purchase, you will receive store credit which will never expire.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange, or a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  After our jewellers inspect the item we will either approve or reject the issuance of the store credit.

If your refund is approved, you will receive a store credit within a reasonable amount of time.

Sale Items

No refund or store credit will be issued on sale items.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item only once within the 30 day return period.  No refund or store credit can be issued for the exchanged item.  Exchanged items are final sale.

Defective or Damaged Items

Upon receiving an item, please inspect it carefully.  If it is damaged please send us an email within 3 days of receiving an item to qualify for a full refund.  Please also include a picture of the damaged item.  After the 3 days have passed, we can not issue a refund or offer store credit.  Please note that you have 30 days from your purchase date to send us back the product to qualify for the refund if a refund has been aproved.  After the 30 days no refund will be issued.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using registered mail or any other trackable shipping service.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
